BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 1511 East 36th Street, being on the northwest line of East 36th Street at Calhoun Avenue. Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, block 90, East End Land Company's Addition No. 1, as shown by plat of record in plat book 2, page 22, ROHC; being the property described as Tract 1 in deed book 4708, page 364, ROHC. Tax Map No. 168A-M-30. from R-2 Residential Zone to C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Landscape screen along residentially zoned properties. 2. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3.
